Cameron Louro works closely with clients on private residential and hospitality / commercial projects. Values have varied from as low as £15,000 to over £1,000,000. 

Historically, elsewhere in practice, projects of up to £10 million have been delivered, with an emphasis on high end residential and hospitality projects.

We are happy to undertake specialist roles for a particular stage of work e.g. a planning application or feasibility study, but a typical project involves taking a project from inception to completion.



Our client purchased a listed terraced building over four floors, with the bottom two floors in office use, and the upper floors a flat.

The project required multiple planning and listed building consent applications, all of which were approved.

We successfully delivered a mansard roof, new front lightwell, rear extension and change of use from office to residential, resulting in one new 2 bedroom flat, and a much enlarged upper flat also.

Rear Kitchen Extension

Our client was introduced to us by their project manager, Brimstone Living, a longstanding professional client.

We carefully worked alongside Brimstone to deliver a very personal project to the clients’ own specific tastes. A particular challenge was the steeply sloping site to the rear.

The project was delivered on time and on budget.
