Status - Building Control

Cameron Louro are currently developing two schemes for nearby houses in Northwood, creating houses of circa 1800 sqft in area through multiple extensions.

Status - Feasibility

Cameron Louro have completed a feasibility study on the conversion of a small retail unit to a 1 bedroom flat, using permitted development rights.

Extensions and Internal Alterations to Listed Building

 

Status - On Site

Cameron Louro  have successfully achieved planning and listed building consent for internal alterations, rear and mansard extension to a Grade II listed terraced building in Marleybone. 

An additional approval has also been achieved to convert the ground and basement floors from office use to residential.

Building control approval was also achieved for the first phase, and that element of the project is now complete.

Cameron Louro have achieved multiple planning and conservation area consent applications for a terraced property in Brixton. Our client has now taken the project forward on site.

Status - Complete

Cameron Louro achieved planning and building control approval for the extension of a flat in Clapham, with internal refurbishment also taking the flat from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

Retrospective Planning for Rear Terrace 

Status - Complete

Cameron Louro were approached to submit a retrospective planning application for an illegal roof terrace in Notting Hill.

Through negotiation with Westminster Council, and with the proposed introduction of an inner privacy railing, planning was granted and no enforcement action taken.

Cameron Louro have achieved planning for 2 5kW Evance wind turbines to serve 2 holiday homes, due to be erected in 2014.

Wind Turbine

Cameron Louro successfully achieved planning permission to erect a 14m 5KW wind turbine to serve a detached house.

 

Grant Road, Balloch

Refurbishment and extension of detached house

 

Status - Tendered

Cameron Louro are architects for the internal re-modelling and addition of an extra floor to this house outside Inverness.

Planning permission and building warrant has been achieved for an 80 sq m extension maximising the views across the Moray Firth and also extending to the rear.

Conversion of derelict shop into two holiday cottages.

Status - Complete
